Job description

We are seeking an experienced full-time Chef de Partie to manage a designated kitchen section and support daily operations. You will ensure high standards of food quality, consistency, and hygiene while working closely with the Head Chef.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook dishes to restaurant standards.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
  • Manage mise en place, inventory, and minimise wastage.
  • Ensure compliance with SFA food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Assist in menu planning and whole animal butchery
  • Keep your workstation clean, organised, and service-ready.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a steakhouse, open-fire cooking or similar
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • WSQ Food Hygiene Certification (Level 1 or higher).
  • Able to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Singaporeans/PRs or valid work pass holders.
