  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards.
  • Lead a team of cooks to execute day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
  • Packing and organising of cooked and uncooked food.
  • Leading a team of cooks and trainees to execute daily operations.
  • Ensure adherence to portion control and minimize food waste.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior.
