Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in your designated section of the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and execute menu items that reflect our Greek Mediterranean theme.
  • Ensure that food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
  • Manage inventory and contribute to effective stock control within your section.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a professional kitchen.
  • Culinary certification is required; knowledge of baking is a significant advantage.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
