A leading hospitality organization in Singapore is seeking a Chef De Partie to prepare modern Mediterranean cuisine while ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of supervisory culinary experience and be passionate about food preparation. This role includes managing kitchen operations, training staff, and maintaining cleanliness to meet guest expectations.
The Chef De Partie is responsible for preparing modern Mediterranean cuisine and creating optimum customer satisfaction by providing the highest standard of food quality and presentation according to hotel procedures.
