Job Description
  • Create SOPs as a team and manage daily kitchen operations with precision
  • Take charge of food prep, stock levels, and timing
  • Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and running smoothly
  • Maintain food hygiene standards and workplace safety
  • Assist the head chef with cost management, quality control, and training new talent
Job Requirements
  • Minimum require Degree holder with more than 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Have good knowledge in various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
  • Have good work ethics, initiative and willingness to learn
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Able to multitaskWilling to work on weekend
Compensation
  • Working days: 4.5 days
  • Working hours: Morning shift 9am - 10pm / Night shift 11am - 12am, 2 hours break between 4-6pm
  • Annual increments
  • Medical insurance, annual leave, and Public Holiday leave
  • Late-night transport provided after 11pm
