Responsibilities

  • Support Jr Sous in delivering high-quality food.
  • Oversee preparation of food items ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Assist with receiving and checking stock quality.
  • Monitor and order inventory when required.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Cook/bake/craft best versions of menu items.

Responsibilities
  • Support Jr Sous in delivering high-quality food
  • Oversee the preparation of all food items on the station, ensuring that they are prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation
  • Assist with receiving stocks, checking and ensuring quality of ingredients used in cooking
  • Monitor and order inventory when required
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Fuel your passion by cooking/baking/crafting best versions of our menu items
