Roles & Responsibilities

You will work alongside a team of talented and passionate chefs to prepare and plate up our amazing Lanzhou food, fresh in the restaurant. Experience is preferred.

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain consistency, taste and presentation across all menu items during service.
  • Assist in daily operation, stock rotation and ingredient preparation.
  • Work closely with kitchen assistant and kitchen helper to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Uphold strict hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
Job Requirement
  • Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
