Job summary

A renowned restaurant in Singapore is seeking a passionate cook to join their kitchen team. You will prepare and plate authentic Lanzhou food while ensuring quality and consistency across all dishes. Ideal candidates will have basic culinary skills and knife skills, with a commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Experience is preferred, and preference will be given to Singaporeans and PRs.

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain consistency, taste, and presentation across all menu items during service.
• Assist in daily operation, stock rotation, and ingredient preparation.
• Work closely with kitchen assistants to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Uphold strict hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
