Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production.
• Execute and maintain standard recipes, techniques, and presentation.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety in kitchen areas.
• Manage food storage according to hygiene policies.
• Perform stock taking, control, and ordering.
• Handle opening and closing duties.
• Ensure hygiene standards as per SFA requirements.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
