We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indonesian dishes in accordance with Warung Leko’s recipes and quality standards. The role ensures consistency in taste, presentation, and hygiene while supporting smooth kitchen operations and maintaining the brand’s signature flavors. Our establishment is a culinary of Javanese cuisines from Warung Leko.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Food Preparation & Cooking
  • Prepare and cook dishes Indonesian specialties.
  • Follow standard recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency.
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Warung Leko standards.
2. Kitchen Operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas.
  • Assist in daily mise en place and inventory preparation.
  • Support efficient workflow and timely food service during operations.
3. Quality & Hygiene Compliance
  • Adhere to Singapore Food Agency (SFA) hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and temperature control.
  • Follow company procedures for cleanliness and sanitation.
4. Teamwork & Support
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in training junior staff on food preparation techniques and standards.
  • Cooperate with front-of-house team to ensure efficient order delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in Indonesian or Asian cuisine.
  • Good understanding of authentic Indonesian flavors and traditional cooking methods.
