Responsibilities
  • We are looking for chef experience (3–5 years) in cuisines such as Zhi Char menu, Sichuan Ma La hot and Indian food, etc.
  • Candidates for this role need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
  • They must ensure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner and with a high standard of food quality.
  • Ensure food is stored, prepared and presented in a safe and hygienic manner.
  • Must be able to work on shift work, weekends, and public holidays. Rest on weekdays only.
  • Hands-on cooking during interview.
Requirements
  • Food Hygiene course certificate is a must.
  • Only Singaporean.
