Working Location : Boon Lay

Working Hours : 7am to 7pm (5days)

Job Scope
  • Prepare and cook cuisine such as local cuisine, salads, soups, and sauces.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients when necessary.
  • Ensure all food items are stored properly and comply with food safety standards.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and timely food preparation.
  • Assist in menu development and recipe improvement when required.
