Responsibilities

• Cook a variety of Western Fusion Cuisine promptly
• Work together with the kitchen staff in preparing food ingredients
• Ensure compliance with prevailing food safety standards and regulations
• Monitor and maintain stock, materials, supplies, and equipment
• Ensure cleanliness in the Kitchen promptly

Requirements

• 2 years of experience or more in Western Fusion Cuisine and managing a culinary team in a restaurant
• Added advantage if you know Asian Cuisine as well.
• Equipped with an excellent sense of taste and creativity in food presentation.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Possesses strong skills and mastery of the cooking techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• Medically fit.
