Job summary

A leading culinary services provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced Chef to lead the culinary team. You will ensure high standards of cooking and food safety, manage and train kitchen staff, and be responsible for ingredient ordering and dish innovation. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Chef.
  • Able to commit 5/6 days of work per week.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • In charge of cooking and preparations of all dishes.
  • Following kitchen and hygiene set standards.
  • Responsible of management and progress of cooks.
  • Ensuring of food quality and presentations of food placement.
  • Training of new team members.
  • In charge of food ingredient ordering.
  • Capable to come up with new dishes on a quarterly basis.
