Responsibilities

• Prepare south Indian food and north Indian for our customers.
• Must be well experienced in cooking the following North.
• Ensure that kitchen area, equipment and utensils are cleaned.
• Help lead and inspire our kitchen staff with the restaurant manager.
• Must be willing to take break after lunch hours and present in the restarurant to prepare food freshly for the dinner.
• Should not hesitate to clean tables and wash utensils whenever needed.
• Weigh, measure, mix and prep ingredients according to recipes.
• Steam, grill, boil, bake or fry meats, fish, vegetables, and other ingredients.
• Check food and ingredients for freshness.
• Work well under pressure and within the time limit.
