Working Hours & Arrangement
  • Salary: $3,500 + transport allowance $500
  • 6 days work week, flexible working hours.
  • OT required on weekdays night and standby on Saturday if required
  • Longer hours required when Director is in Singapore.
  • Light workload / more rest days when the Director is travelling or overseas.
Requirements
  • A valid Class 3/3A issued by Singapore Traffic Police
  • Prior experience as a personal driver or chauffeur preferred
  • Familiar with Singapore roads, traffic patterns, and common routes.
  • Responsible, punctual, discreet, and able to handle last-minute schedule changes.
  • Professional appearance and good interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely drive the Director to and from meetings, events, and daily appointments.
  • Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and serviced regularly.
  • Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays, manage traffic, and ensure timely arrivals.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks when required (e.g., picking up guests, documents, items).
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
