Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, and Go.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Passion for LLM-related tech and solving real-world problems.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and ML.
• Familiarity with LLMs, NLP, recommender systems, and multimodality.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI assistants and agentic applications, including LLM post-training, SFT, MoE, and alignment methods.
• Build LLM-powered recommendation and understanding systems, including retrieval, ranking, and memory representations.
• Develop production-ready LLM applications integrating models with tools, APIs, knowledge bases, and business workflows.
• Explore and implement advanced agent harness engineering techniques: planning, tool selection, multi-agent collaboration, and memory management.
• Create reusable algorithm platforms, evaluation frameworks, and pipelines for AI assistants.
• Establish offline and online evaluation methods for agents: success rate, quality, latency, and cost.
