We are seeking a Chartering & Operation Senior Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will act as an intermediary between ship owners and charterers, negotiating contracts, facilitating vessel transactions, and ensuring smooth maritime operations.

Ship brokers are vital to global commerce as they help move goods efficiently across international waters. The role offers opportunities to specialize in areas like chartering, freight trading, or sale and purchase brokerage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiating charter contracts: Arrange agreements between ship owners and charterers for transporting cargo.
  • Facilitating sales and purchases: Assist in buying, selling, or leasing vessels for commercial purposes.
  • Market analysis: Monitor global shipping trends, freight rates, and supply-demand dynamics.
  • Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong networks with shipping companies, traders, and logistics providers.
  • Documentation and compliance: Ensure contracts meet legal, financial, and regulatory standards.
  • Problem-solving: Handle disputes, delays, or unexpected issues during shipping transactions.
  • Duties may include, but are not limited to, the above mentioned.
