Role Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales / Partnerships talent to expand inbound sales channels and build long‑term partnerships that bring consistent, high‑quality leads.
This role complements our existing marketing structure: the Director currently handles website, SEO, Google Ads, Carousell and existing marketing channels.
You will focus on new channel development, channel maintenance, partnership expansion and converting leads from your own channels into revenue.
This is a hybrid role: 50% sales KPI + 50% channel/partnership development.
Ideal candidates will have experience in service industry, logistics, moving, home services, or on‑demand platforms; know how to unlock new marketing channels such as FB, IG, property platforms, community groups, overseas Chinese channels, KOLs, social media, WhatsApp communities, and B2B partnerships; and enjoy building sustainable lead pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
A. Channel Development (50%) — Most important
- Identify, research and develop new marketing and sales channels including but not limited to:
- Facebook marketing & community groups
- Instagram collaborations
- Property agents networks
- Condo MCST partnerships
- KOL/ influencer marketing
- Student hostels & international student networks
- Local group communities & platforms
- Workplace HR / relocation departments
- Cross‑promotions with furniture stores, renovation companies, storage companies
- Build partnerships that generate steady monthly leads.
- Negotiate and maintain relationships with platform vendors / advertising partners.
- Analyse channel performance and recommend budget allocation / optimisation.
- Continually expand, test and improve new channels — be the “growth engine”.
B. Sales Responsibilities (50%)
- Handle inbound leads from own channels or referrals.
- Convert leads into sales, follow up, prepare quotes, close deals.
- Meet monthly individual sales KPI.
- Coordinate closely with Ops team to ensure job feasibility.
- Maintain CRM records, track sales pipeline, update channel performance.
C. Channel Maintenance & Optimisation
- Manage and maintain existing marketing assets (FB Page, IG, listings, communities).
- Update creatives/content as needed (work with designer or outsource).
- Communicate regularly with partners to strengthen long‑term cooperation.
- Monitor conversion quality from each channel and provide feedback.
D. Market Research & Innovation
- Keep track of competitors’ channels & marketing tactics.
- Identify trends in relocation, home services, fresh migrant communities, expat markets.
- Propose new ideas for campaigns, bundles, promotions and partnerships.
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in channel sales, business development, partnerships or marketing.
- Preferably from moving, logistics, delivery, renovation, home services, real estate or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of platforms such as Facebook & IG advertising, community‑group marketing, and the property ecosystem.
- Creative, proactive and resourceful — knows how to find channels others don’t.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Must be KPI‑driven yet relationship‑focused.
- Can operate independently without handholding.
