About the role:

We are looking for a Channel Sales Lead to drive revenue growth through Sitecore’s reseller ecosystem across Rest of Asia (ROA), with a primary focus on Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Hong Kong.

This role is responsible for building, enabling, and scaling high‑performing reseller relationships, driving pipeline generation, and ensuring successful execution of joint go‑to‑market initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong channel sales execution with a solid understanding of SaaS enterprise software and, ideally, Digital Experience (DXP) solutions.

This is a hands‑on role that sits at the intersection of partner management, deal execution, and regional market development. This role requires 25–50% travel across ROA and works closely with Direct Sales, SDRs, and Partner Business Managers, reporting into Global VP, Growth Markets in Dubai.

What You will do:

Channel & Reseller Management

  • Own and grow revenue through assigned Sitecore resellers across ROA
  • Manage a mix of top‑tier (Premium & Elite) and broader reseller tiers, including mid‑tier and long‑tail resellers, depending on market needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for reseller sales leadership and key stakeholders
  • Drive reseller alignment with Sitecore’s go‑to‑market strategy, portfolio, and commercial models
  • Support onboarding, enablement, and ongoing reseller performance management

Pipeline & Revenue Growth

  • Build, manage, and forecast reseller‑sourced pipeline
  • Support resellers through the full sales lifecycle: opportunity qualification, deal structuring, pricing, and close
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting in collaboration with internal sales leadership
  • Drive focus on net‑new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts

Go‑to‑Market & Enablement

  • Develop and execute joint business plans with key resellers
  • Support reseller‑led marketing activities, campaigns, and events
  • Enable resellers on Sitecore’s SaaS, AI, and Digital Experience offerings
  • Act as a bridge between resellers and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Solution Consulting, Customer Success)

Market & Ecosystem Development

  • Develop strong understanding of local market dynamics, competitors, and customer needs
  • Identify opportunities to expand Sitecore’s footprint through new or deeper reseller engagements
  • Provide feedback into regional and global channel strategy based on market insights

What You Need to Succeed:

Core Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS software sales, channel sales, or reseller‑led sales models
  • Proven ability to work with resellers, distributors, or system integrators
  • Experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and closing enterprise or mid‑market deals
  • Strong commercial acumen and deal execution skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart (Highly Desirable):

  • Experience with Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), CMS, MarTech, or enterprise software ecosystems
  • Familiarity with enterprise buying cycles and multi‑stakeholder sales processes
  • Experience working with Microsoft‑centric ecosystems (Azure, enterprise SaaS environments) is a plus

Language Requirements:

  • Fluent English (required)
  • Proficiency in Thai, Vietnamese, or Korean is a strong advantage
