About the Role

We are looking for a driven and energetic Channel Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help expand our channel footprint, support reseller partners, and drive revenue growth across our portfolio of cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing reseller partners, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Source and develop new channel partners through prospecting, outreach, and relationship building.
  • Respond to quotation requests, prepare proposals, and track all sales activities in CRM.
  • Provide pre‑sales support in collaboration with product managers to recommend suitable solutions.
  • Coordinate order processing, including overseas transactions when required.
  • Deliver timely updates on sales pipeline, forecasting, and weekly sales activities.
  • Support partners with product updates, promotional programs, and marketing events.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Product, Operations, Finance) to ensure smooth deal execution.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure partner satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, or related disciplines.
  • 1–3 years of sales or channel experience preferred (IT distribution highly advantageous).
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and presentation skills.
  • Self‑driven, proactive, and customer‑oriented.
