Our market reach, diverse solutions and services portfolio, and digital platform Ingram Micro Xvantage set us apart

The Channel Presales Engineer will serve as the primary technical and commercial liaison between Vendor and Ingram Micro’s ecosystem in Singapore. This individual will drive enablement and activation of Ingram’s field sales teams, reseller partners, and end customers through technical expertise, training, and joint go-to-market initiatives. This role blends deep technical proficiency in cybersecurity SaaS solutions with channel sales acumen to accelerate Vendor's growth through Ingram Micro’s partner network.

Key Responsibilities
Partner Enablement
  • Deliver regular enablement sessions, webinars, and workshops for Ingram Micro’s internal teams, reseller partners, and end customers.
  • Provide pre‑sales technical support, including product demonstrations, trials, and evaluations tailored to partner and customer needs.
  • Serve as the primary technical advisor for channel partners addressing solution architecture, integration, deployment, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain enablement materials (presentations, guides, and FAQs) to support consistent messaging and technical accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Keeper Security’s product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure partners are up to date on product updates, new features, and security enhancements.
  • Support Level‑2 post‑sales technical escalations as required through coordinated communication with Keeper’s support organization.
Sales & Business Development
  • Support live sales engagements alongside Ingram and reseller sales teams to drive end‑customer adoption.
  • Build and manage productive relationships with key Ingram Micro stakeholders and partner account managers.
  • Identify and support new joint revenue opportunities through technical validation, solution mapping, and sales coordination.
  • Ensure accurate registration and tracking of channel opportunities in Salesforce.
Events & Marketing Support
  • Represent Vendor at Ingram Micro events, partner summits, and customer‑facing engagements.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of joint marketing activities, webinars, and promotional campaigns.
  • Support channel marketing initiatives designed to increase awareness and drive demand within the partner ecosystem.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in a pre‑sales or technical enablement role (e.g., Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Channel Enablement).
  • Strong technical foundation in cybersecurity, identity and access management (IAM), or SaaS security products.
  • Experience with Windows/Active Directory administration, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), and Identity Providers (Okta, Azure AD).
  • Demonstrated success enabling or training distribution or reseller partners in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive‑level audiences.
  • Proven ability to build trust and credibility with distribution partners and field sales teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Ability to travel domestically and regionally as needed (up to 30%).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience working directly with Ingram Micro or similar broadline distributors.
  • Channel sales or distribution account management background.
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CCSP).
  • Familiarity with scripting, APIs, and DevOps tools is an advantage.
  • Track record of driving revenue growth through partner enablement and joint go‑to‑market programs.
Personal Attributes
  • Highly motivated, self‑starter with strong organizational and follow‑through skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to operate across technical, sales, and marketing functions.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a focus on results and measurable impact.
  • Strong ethical standards and alignment with Vendor core values.
