The Summary:

As the Channel Experience and Events Marketing Specialist, you must have the ability to influence customer experience across offline retail stores and online marketplaces. You will be passionate on driving positive customer shopping experience with good understanding and reference of the consumer shopping journey. You will be working with the sales and marketing team closely to plan and execute channel experience initiatives. You will also be working with the product marketing and assisting the Marketing Manager in planning, organizing and executing business and marketing events, offline and online.

The Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to conceptualization, planning and execution of customer experience initiatives for both offline retail stores and online marketplaces
  • Liaise and manage partners, agencies and third-party vendors for all channel and event activities
  • Prepare and coordinate marketing materials to support communications across offline retail stores and online marketplaces
  • Maintain product display and in-store fixtures in compliance with brand standards that drive enhanced customer experience
  • Monitor the competitors’ activities across both online and offline to provide findings and recommendations for current or future improvements
  • Ensure accurate asset and marketing materials tracking
  • Coordinate and lead the execution of in-store renovations based on brand guidelines
  • Plan and lead the execution of the key events across online and offline channels
  • Coordinate and assists in the development of new events, focusing on the creation and engagement with the brand
  • Manage project budgets and timelines
