Channel Account Executive / Manager (Sales)

We are seeking a talented Channel Account Executive / Manager to join our dynamic sales team at VSTECS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. This full-time position will be based in the Kallang Central Region. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth within our extensive channel partner network, playing a crucial part in the overall success of our Retail & Consumer Products business.

What you'll be doing
  • Proactively manage and develop relationships with our network of channel partners to drive sales and achieve targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and pitch our products and services to prospective partners
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our existing channel partners
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in the development and execution of channel marketing campaigns
  • Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline, and other key metrics
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar channel sales or account management role, preferably within the Retail & Consumer Products industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a portfolio of channel partners
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate market insights into effective sales strategies
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting to measure and optimise sales performance
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
