Responsibilities
- To support the site team on administrative procedures and documentations related to site operations
- To do data entry of purchasing data and update information system
- To register and create case into company system (CMMS/SMART O&M) for all feedback received via email, calls, Whatapps and etc.
- Acknowledge/reply emails within the stipulated response time i.e. 4hrs during working days and provide update to end-users every 3 working days and upon closure of issue.
- Keep track and follow up on all cases in CMMS/ SMART O&M until closure.
- Escalate for action to be taken on cases pending closure.
- Highlight the outstanding cases during toolbox meetings.
- Updates the cases for IFM Report
- Prepare the reports for the IFM monthly report
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels / NITEC in office skills / relevant fields
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
