Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for candidates to assist passengers with flight check-ins and manage front desk duties in exclusive lounges. Job description

Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):

• Assist passengers with flight check-in to ensure a smooth departure process, and welcome passengers upon arrival
• Front desk duties in exclusive premier lounges
• Guide, motivate and mentor junior team members to consistently uphold the highest of service and discipline standards
• Assist Duty Manager in daily deployment
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures

Requirements:

• Local Diploma in any discipline
• GCE N/O Level, Nitec or Higher Nitec will be considered for Customer Service Agent role instead
• Proficient in English and a second language for effective communication with international passengers
• Pleasant with a cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with 6 days rotating shift (morning, afternoon and overnight shift)
