Job description

You will be responsible for overseeing the baggage handling operations across Control Centre, Departure, Deployment, and Arrival teams.

Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):
  • Monitor real-time flight and baggage information, allocating duties and deploying baggage staff and motorized equipment
  • Supervise baggage operations at Departure and Arrival racetracks to ensure timely loading and unloading
  • Handle baggages for transfer and tight connection flights
  • Investigate and report incidents of mishandled and damaged bags, in accordance to the various airline requirements
  • Ensure container/ trolley are correctly setup, baggage documentation, and compliance with security requirements.
  • Liaise with Load Control, ground handlers and internal teams for operational updates
Requirements:
  • Local Diploma in any discipline
  • GCE N/O Level, Nitec or Higher Nitec will be considered for Customer Care Specialist role instead
  • Proficient in English
  • Pleasant with a cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skills
  • Physically fit
  • Comfortable with rotating shift (morning, afternoon and overnight shift)
