Job summary

A leading HR consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a change management professional to support the implementation of a new ERP system. You will work alongside external consultants and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth adoption of changes. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in change management, possesses strong communication skills, and demonstrates creativity with tools like Canva. Competitive salary is offered in the range of S$6,000 to S$8,000 per month.

Overview

This role supports the change management efforts for the implementation of a new ERP and EPM system. The successful candidate will work closely with external consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with external change consultants and internal teams to execute change initiatives.
  • Join business blueprint sessions to understand impacts and gather feedback.
  • Review change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses.
  • Create engaging communications (e.g., EDMs, visuals) using tools like Canva.
  • Translate technical changes into user-friendly messages.
  • Support training and engagement activities across all levels.
  • Document key learnings and best practices.
  • Assist in coordinating project deliverables and timelines.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in change management, ideally within transformation or ERP projects.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and planning skills.
  • Creative and digitally skilled (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Location : Changi

Salary Range : $6,000.00 – S$8,000.00
