A leading management consulting firm in Singapore seeks a Chairman to provide strategic leadership and oversee overall operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate governance and a strong background in technology or telecommunications. Responsibilities include formulating corporate strategy, overseeing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Finance, Law, or related fields.
  • Minimum 20 years of relevant working experience, including leadership in corporate management or investment banking.
  • Proven experience in managing technology or telecommunications enterprises is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and business operations in the technology sector.
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Candidates with extensive executive-level experience in large technology or cloud-infrastructure companies will be preferred.
