About the Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a US Listed Company. We are seeking a Finance Leader to manage the financial strategy and operations for the group.

Main duties & responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end finance operations across the group, ensuring efficiency and alignment with corporate objectives.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships with internal teams, external partners, investors, and regulatory authorities (e.g., SEC).
• Manage timely and accurate financial statements and management reports, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS/SFRS) and US GAAP.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to protect company assets and enhance financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, statutory filings, and financial reporting requirements across jurisdictions.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to ensure financial integrity and operational effectiveness.
• Support strategic initiatives and business development efforts by providing actionable financial insights and analysis.

The Talent

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, complemented by a professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or ICAEW.
• Proven track record as a finance leader from US listed companies.
• Highly proficient in US GAAP, with a strong foundation in financial governance and reporting standards.
