We are recruiting for a CEO/Deputy CEO to join a leading real estate integrated development business. As an all-in-one solutions provider mainly for the commercial sectors, they are the market leader for developing sustainable and future ready developments. As a senior management, you will be integral in the overall strategic leadership, directions, execution, business development, operational, financial and people management of their built business:

Strategic Leadership

• Defining the company's vision, mission, and long-term strategic goals.
• Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve those goals.
• Identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities.

Operational Management

• Overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including project management, finance, human resources, and business development.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Managing risks and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

Financial Management

• Developing and managing the company's budget.
• Ensuring the company's financial health and profitability.
• Managing investments and other financial activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a Civil Engineering from a reputable educational institute
• At least 15 years of proven experience in the related industry, and knowledge, or equivalent experience with civil engineering background.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years as a CEO or in another relevant senior managerial position.
• Experience in developing profitable strategies and possess quantifiable achievements to date.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational, leadership, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
