Overview
Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful CEO Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer in managing daily business operations, strategic initiatives, and external engagements. This role requires a strong balance of administrative excellence, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring efficiency, confidentiality, and effectiveness in all areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Draft, review, and organize reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Ensure timely preparation for meetings with relevant agendas, briefing notes, and follow-ups.
- Business Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams, board members, and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Track key business priorities, projects, and deadlines to ensure execution.
- Assist with research, data gathering, and analysis to support decision-making.
- Communication & Representation
- Draft professional communications and manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Represent the CEO in internal and external interactions where necessary.
- Coordinate corporate events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Operational Excellence
- Streamline administrative processes and propose improvements to enhance productivity.
- Monitor budget, expenses, and vendor coordination related to executive office functions.
- Support cross-border coordination with regional offices and international partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar senior administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack).
