This CEO role requires an emotionally intelligent and visionary leader to drive the strategic expansion and operational excellence of our aesthetic and wellness brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing ambitious strategic plans to significantly expand our business and brand presence, while meticulously overseeing daily operations across sales, marketing, treatment services, and exceptional customer experience. A core focus will be on leading financial health through expert planning, budgeting, and P&L management, and driving sustainable revenue growth by innovating new services, products, and scalable business models, including identifying franchise and partnership opportunities. This leader must also ensure uncompromising treatment quality, safety compliance, and service standards, effectively strengthening our brand identity and cultivating deep customer loyalty, all while leading, mentoring, and building high-performing, multi-functional teams and maintaining critical relationships with all stakeholders, partners, and regulators to ensure full compliance with aesthetic/medical/beauty regulations.
