A leading preschool institution in Singapore is seeking a key member for their leadership team. This role involves shaping the strategic direction and managing daily operations, including curriculum planning and staff mentorship. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education and relevant experience in leadership. The position offers an opportunity to positively impact child development in a collaborative environment.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will report directly to the Principal and play a central role in shaping the strategic direction and daily operations of the preschool. You will contribute to curriculum planning and staff development by mentoring educators on pedagogy, teaching methods, and the effective use of educational tools and resources. In this role, you will lead efforts to strengthen parent engagement, community partnerships, and talent management. You will also oversee the efficient use of center resources, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and expense management. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing center-wide programs, events, and initiatives, while ensuring smooth and effective administrative operations.
