A local service provider in Singapore is seeking a Centre Operations Supervisor for Elderly Care Services. In this role, you will oversee client intake, manage staff, and ensure high-quality care. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 4-7 years of experience in elderly care operations. Conduct client intake assessments and reviews for both day care and day rehabilitation clients, and lead meeting for care planning
Supervise daily routines including meal preparation, activity coordination, client engagement, and maintenance of the centre
Collaborate closely with nurses and care staff to meet clients’ care and daily living needs
Coordinate programmes and services with internal teams and external partners to enhance the client experience
Lead, guide, and train care staff, including onboarding new employees and supporting continuous development in dementia and elderly care
Manage staff deployment and centre operations to ensure a safe and effective environment
Handle incidents involving staff, clients, and volunteers, ensuring proper resolution, reporting, and follow-up
Collaborate with the internal stakeholders on billing accuracy and staff-related matters, and support the Cluster Lead in monitoring the centre’s financial sustainability
Ensure accurate documentation of assessments, communications, and operational processes, and perform other duties as assigned to uphold service quality and efficiency
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing/ Social Work/ Healthcare Management/ Business Management or related studies
4 - 7 years of working experience in elderly care/ rehabilitation/ day care operations is preferred
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising teams
Knowledge of dementia care, elderly care practices, and rehabilitation services
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client engagement skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain client confidentiality
