Roles & Responsibilities
  • Oversee multiple childcare centres and provide leadership to Centre Principals.
  • Ensure consistent programme delivery, curriculum implementation and regulatory compliance (ECDA/SPARK).
  • Conduct centre visits, audits and provide operational support where needed.
  • Analyse enrolment, financial and performance data to guide centre improvements.
  • Lead new centre setups, drive KPI achievement and manage stakeholder feedback with Principals.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in early childhood education including centre or multi-centre leadership.
