Oversee daily operations and performance of multiple Active Ageing Centres, ensuring efficient service delivery for seniors.

Manage day-to-day administration and programming of a specific centre, including a community café, to ensure safe and engaging experiences.

Directly lead and cultivate a cohesive team of supervisors to foster a positive work culture.

Collaborate with staff to align practices and uphold consistent service standards across centres.

Develop, review, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and emergency plans.

Monitor centre performance indicators, ensuring timely reporting to management and relevant authorities.

Coordinate facility maintenance and procurement while resolving operational issues promptly and cost-effectively.

Plan and optimize manpower deployment across centres to enhance operational efficiency.

Oversee community café operations, including budgeting, supplier management, and volunteer involvement.

Manage outreach and engagement initiatives tailored to community residents, ensuring innovative program designs.

Supervise volunteer management processes, including recruitment, training, and database maintenance.

Strengthen partnerships with community stakeholders and facilitate seamless service referrals.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Gerontology, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
