Job summary

Aureus Academy is seeking a Centre Manager to drive business growth, boost customer satisfaction and improve staff engagement across our centres in Singapore.

You will implement sales strategies with the Divisional Head of Growth, overseeing front desk performance, facilities, and staff development to achieve centre objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience and at least 2 years in a managerial-level role.
• Availability to work on weekends.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Centre Manager is responsible for driving notable business and revenue growth, elevating customer satisfaction, and enhancing employee satisfaction within the assigned Aureus centres. Working directly with the Divisional Head of Growth, the manager executes sales strategies and systems to achieve the centre's objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Performance Enhancement and Feedback – Regularly evaluate the front desk team’s service quality, communication, sales proficiency and overall customer experience using a 360‑degree feedback loop.
• Enhance Centre Experience – Administer and oversee logistical and facilities maintenance operations to ensure a seamless, well‑maintained working environment.
• Sales and Growth – Achieve assigned lead generation, enrolment and conversion targets while mentoring team members to reach their individual targets.
• Workplace Culture and Etiquette – Promote a positive work environment aligned with company values and organise staff welfare events to meet a target employee satisfaction index.
• Customer Relationship Management – Ensure customer retention through effective problem‑solving and high service standards, aiming for a target customer satisfaction index score.
• Communication and Transparency – Provide consistent, value‑aligned communication across all channels and proactively report issues or concerns to management.
• Aureus Curriculum System – Ensure full adoption and attainment of the Enigma system goals and compliance with all directives.
• Documentation and Reporting – Track and report team evaluations, development and improvement plans.
• Ad‑Hoc – Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
