Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in related field, 1 year in team leader position.
  • Availability to work weekends with two weekdays off.
  • Strong commitment to compliance and ethical business practices.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate front desk team's performance for excellent service.
  • Oversee maintenance operations for a seamless working environment.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
  • Promote a positive work environment aligned with company values.
  • Ensure customer retention and uphold service standards.
  • Communicate issues to management to foster collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with the Aureus Curriculum System.
  • Track and report team evaluations and improvement plans.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management.
