Job summary

  • Provide professional, high-quality service in all customer-facing interactions.
  • Meet or exceed enrolment targets by effectively converting leads.
  • Oversee a smooth post-enrolment journey including orientation for parents and students.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless operations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, enrolments, and feedback.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by Management.

Education

Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma qualification or equivalent

  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by Management.
