Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and service‑oriented Centre Executive to join the dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about engaging with parents and students, delivering excellent service, and playing an active role in the enrolment and growth of the centre.

What You’ll Do
  • Greet parents and students warmly, creating a welcoming and supportive environment as the first point of contact.
  • Guide stakeholders through their journey—from initial enquiry to final enrolment—by understanding their needs and showcasing our programmes’ value. You will be empowered to achieve and exceed enrolment targets.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end enrolment process, including conducting centre tours and facilitating smooth onboarding.
  • Take ownership of parent feedback and concerns, resolving them promptly and effectively to build trust and long‑term loyalty.
  • Work closely with our education and operations teams to ensure a cohesive and outstanding experience for every student and parent.
  • Actively contribute ideas to enhance our processes, service delivery, and overall customer journey.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
  • Possess a Diploma qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service, front desk, or enrolment role (experience in the education sector is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage parents and students positively.
  • Customer‑oriented, with a passion for engaging with parents and children.
  • Motivated and proactive in achieving enrolment goals while maintaining excellent service standards.
  • Bilingual communication skills would be a strong advantage.
  • Good organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Willing to work shift hours and on both Saturdays and Sundays (2 weekdays and 2 weekends).
  • Flexibility to work across different centre locations as rostered.
  • Good to have knowledge of CRM systems, though being open and willing to learn is just as important.
