A leading preschool facility in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Support Officer to assist with child applications, manage enrolments, and liaise with the Finance department. The ideal candidate has a diploma in administration with 3 years of relevant experience, strong interpersonal skills, and is proficient in Microsoft applications. This role requires adaptability in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
The Centralized Administrative team plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of the centres and assists the centre principals/ leaders in matters pertaining to financial, procurement and general administration of the centre.
