Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily production of pearls to meet outlet demand.
  • Manage staff schedules and resolve any manpower issues.
  • Guide and support the development and progression of central kitchen staff.
  • Assist the Area Manager in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the central kitchen.
  • Coordinate and fulfill orders from multiple outlets accurately and on time.
Requirements
  • Willingness to travel to our central kitchen located at Boon Lay.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a central kitchen or similar environment.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to handle orders from various outlets.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to manage a team effectively.
