Qualifications

• Previous experience in food packing, food production, or a central kitchen environment is preferred.

• Food hygiene knowledge or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pack food items according to the required portion, quantity, and packing standards.
• Assist with daily food preparation, portioning, and packing.
• Ensure all packed food items are properly labelled and organised.
• Check the quality and condition of food items before packing.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area.
• Handle food and packaging materials properly.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Assist with stock arrangement and preparation when required.
• Work closely with the team to ensure daily production and packing runs smoothly.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
