Job description

Job Scope

• Attend to client inquiries professionally and provide quality customer service through emails, phone calls, walk-ins, and IG DMs; ensure smooth pre- and post-sales customer service.
• Packing and checking all cakes against the invoices to ensure accuracy in message piping, candles, etc.
• Arranging cakes and sending them out to the respective drivers from the Central Kitchen for delivery.
• Manage and resolve all customer service recovery issues.
• Arranging delivery routes to drivers.
• Stock take and inventory.
• Managing stocks on online platforms and processing online orders.
• Preparation and submission of reports on a daily and monthly basis.
