Dr WiFi Pte Ltd is a fast-growing technology company in Singapore, seeking a skilled technician to install, configure, and service CCTV, access control, and related systems. The role requires field work across Singapore, strong problem-solving and customer-service skills, and a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on CCTV and access control experience.
• Experience installing, testing, and troubleshooting CCTV systems.
• Experience with access control (RFID/proximity, biometric readers) and door access wiring.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV and access control systems.
• Support cabling, termination, and on-site testing.
• Configure NVRs, IP cameras, door access systems, and related equipment.
• Perform testing, commissioning, and preventive/corrective maintenance (PPM/CM).
• Perform fault diagnosis, maintenance, and rectification works.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare service reports.
• Provide professional on-site support to customers.
