Job summary

CALSIUS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled CCTV & access control technician to maintain availability of client systems across CCTV, access control and supporting servers.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, and restore services while ensuring safety and quality standards. The role requires hands-on NVR/server troubleshooting, network and SQL health checks, and coordination with site personnel.

Qualifications

• At least three years of maintenance and troubleshooting experience in CCTV and access control systems.
• Able to plan preventive work, prioritise fault calls and maintain accurate records.
• Hands-on diagnosis of NVRs and supporting servers, with Windows server administration knowledge.
• Able to interpret wiring and network diagrams, analyse logs and explain findings.
• Willing to participate in rotating standby roster.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a rolling preventive maintenance schedule at least three months ahead.
• Inspect and test cameras, NVRs, readers, controllers, locks and cabling and power supplies.
• Check server and application health, SQL service status, storage, backups and recovery checks.
• Receive and log fault calls, diagnose remotely or on-site and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with clients, technicians and vendors to ensure timely restoration.
