Job description

Responsibilities

• You will provide a high standard of care through care management, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care to meet the needs of the patients, including educating patients and families.


• You will also ensure and maintain the standards for professional nursing practice and work co-operatively with the other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive, integrated and cost-effective care.


• In addition, you will orientate and guide the junior nurses to provide optimal care to meet desired patient outcomes and experiences.
