Job Description
1. Social Work Programme Development
  • Undertake the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programmes as assigned.
  • Work as a team player in developing the programmes and to identify and explore needs of the families in our Community.
  • Liaise and work with organisations and partners to facilitate more effective work with families and elderly within our Community.
  • Sustain, motivate and work with volunteers in the Centre’s programmes.
2. Casework & Counselling
  • Maintain a reasonable caseload.
  • Identify and assess the needs of the clients after which, plan and implement appropriate intervention plans with them.
  • Support the agency’s casework system including administration, intake, referral, evaluation and closure of cases.
3. Information & Referral
  • Provide appropriate information and referral services to people who contacted our Centre for assistance.
  • Support the agency’s I&R standard operating system of administration, intake, appropriate referral, outcome follow‑up and closure of I&R.
  • Network and outreach to the residents and relevant partners in our Community to identify and explore needs of our Community.
4. Other Responsibilities

Undertake any other responsibilities and duties as assigned by the Centre Head.
