1.1 Conduct screening and ongoing developmental assessment of children 0-6 years to develop and implement holistic child‑centric case plans.
1.2 Engage and provide support to caregivers and parents through regular home visits to enhance their capacity and capability in the areas of parent‑child interaction, development centred parenting and family well‑being.
2.1 Collaborate with preschools and other community partners to provide the necessary support to the families.
2.2 Convene case conferences, where necessary, and coordinate support for children and their families at a systemic and case level.
3. Undertake any other responsibilities and duties as assigned by the Programme Lead or Centre Director.
